Cincy Beds is committed to providing the best delivery options. Our delivery crew is professional and experienced to ensure a smooth transition from our warehouse to your home.
Deliveries can normally be made within 7-14 days of purchase, including special orders. We offer delivery and setup to customers within 30 miles of our store location at a cost of $75. If you are between 31 and 60 miles of our store location, delivery and setup is $150. We do not charge you more to set up your furniture, unlike a lot of our competitors. We will do ALL ASSEMBLY that may be needed as part of our delivery service. Your furniture will be ready to use when we leave!
You will be contacted the day before delivery with a 2 hour time frame. We ask that a responsible adult be home during that time frame. Deliveries will not be completed without an adult (18 or older) present and authorized to sign. Should a second trip be required due to the failure to adhere to this policy, an additional trip charge must be paid before the additional delivery is attempted.
Please have the area prepped and ready for the delivery of your furniture. Our drivers are not allowed to move existing furniture. If the area is prepared, they will place and setup your furniture where requested. They cannot, however, move the furniture to a different location after it has been placed. The drivers will not remove old mattresses. If requested, they will leave the original wrapping to allow you to use it to bag old mattresses to be disposed of with your trash disposal company.
Any noticed defects should be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. If any issues are discovered after the drivers have left, please contact the store within 48 hours. Every attempt will be made to repair or replace the defective piece at the store’s discretion.
