All sales are final. We do not offer refunds but we do offer 100% in store credit. This credit can be used at any time and never expires. If you receive any damaged item(s) we will work with the suppliers to get the item fixed or replaced for you. Pictures will expedite the replacement of your product plus give supplier the info they need to fix the problem in the future. Pictures needed: picture of packaging if there is noticeable damage, picture of complete item, and close up picture of damage. A minimum of 1 to 2 weeks should be expected for resolution. Any damaged product will be repaired or replaced on a case by case basis. Please email pictures of any damaged products to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number in the subject of the email.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after pickup from our warehouse or damage inflicted by the customer.
Due to the highly personal nature of mattresses and health issues, we cannot accept returns on the products. We also do not take away used mattresses. All mattresses we carry are bought direct from the manufacturer and are brand new. No used mattresses are ever on our delivery vehicles or in our store.
